Lasting Impression: Webster's Pages Challenge

Here are my layouts for Lasting Impressions Webster's Pages Challenge. Using the Sweet Charity Collection( Serendipity), I was able to create two layouts using the front and back of the paper. Other WP pps used are Coco collection: cream puff and chocolate souffle and Parlor collection's Savory. Also used WP Vintage home collection sticker alphas and coco collection shaped stickers. For other details, please visit the website Gallery section of Lasting Impression.

Techniques: I create custom background and used texturizing technique by applying acryllic paints using Scotch brite scrubbing pad as applicator. I also applied Ranger's glossy accent on all mini flower designs and add glitters to give an embossed glittered effects on the paper background.

MLA's KI Pop Culture Challenge

Here's my take to MLA 1st Challenge using KI Pop Culture patterned papers.I liked the result of distressing a black plain cardstock with Reeves metallic silver paint and applied a text stamp on it. I also used KI lace cardstock.

Tags!

I was visiting the artz de scrap blog and happened to browse the link of the scrappin kids care. I saw their invitation of their 1st Charity Drive which is A TAg! Charity Drive, wherein, the Scrappin Kids had pledged to provide 250 tags to Club Rainbow, a registered charity group on Singapore, for their Annual Party in March 2008 as door gifts. I thought doing tags are so easy, so I decided to pledge 20 tags, wheww!! Hard din pala, but I really had fun and enjoyment doing these tags. My friend, Issa care to share 5 tags. I used acid free matboard and chip board materials and used my tag dies to cut it. Some of the tags were covered with patterned papers, stamped it, embellished with cut-outs design, chipboards, buttons, flowers, jewel blings, dimensional paints, glitter glue, ribbons, lace, fibers and metal accents.
